Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the product is made according to the consumer's instructions or if the product is personalised.<\/p>\n

Only in cases where the Product is significantly damaged during production or delivery, the Buyer has the right to refuse the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment the Product is received, by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller (info@babymemorybook.eu). A picture confirming the damage must be attached to the rejection letter. The Buyer is obliged to return the Product to the seller within 14 days after sending the letter of refusal. Expenses to send back the Product are covered by the Buyer.<\/p>\n
